Zullo Health & Fitness Programs
Our founder, Phil Zullo, collaborates with our team of specialists and medical professionals to create each program. We offer a complimentary consultation by phone, zoom, or in person to start the process. After an initial assessment, we customize the program to fit each client’s unique needs and goals, and offer both in-person and virtual options for all programs.
Elite Athlete Development Program
Join our Sport Specific Program, featuring Strength & Conditioning, Yoga, Stretch Therapy, an Individualized Training Program, and a take-home guide, along with an Education Component on injuries and nutrition. Athletes enrolled in our 6-week, in-person Summer version will also enjoy a daily healthy lunch and a hands-on cooking class on site! Sport Specific Programs
Our hybrid programs offer a combination of strength & conditioning (dry land) and skills training (on ice, court, field) for Hockey, Basketball, Soccer, Volleyball, Golf, and Olympic Sports. Each program begins with a personalized assessment to tailor the program to the participant’s needs, followed by hands-on training and development from our fitness team and sports specialists. These year-round programs are available in the afternoons and on weekends, with part-time and full-time options throughout the summer.
