The Recovery Maintenance Program is a highly personalized 90-day recovery support experience designed for executives, professionals, athletes, public figures, and individuals committed to protecting their recovery and creating lasting change after treatment.
Led personally by Phil Zullo and Dr. Polly Florius, a Masters-prepared RN Psychotherapist, the program combines mental health expertise, trauma-informed recovery support, fitness, nutrition, accountability, lifestyle redesign, and daily access to guidance and support.
Unlike traditional aftercare programs that rely on occasional check-ins, this program provides ongoing communication, proactive intervention, and individualized support designed to help clients successfully navigate real-world challenges while maintaining recovery.
Meet Your Recovery Team
Dr. Polly Florius is a Masters-prepared RN Psychotherapist with more than 35 years of experience specializing in trauma, addiction, emotional wellness, and relational recovery. Her approach integrates trauma-informed psychotherapy, emotional regulation, nervous system support, recovery-focused strategies, and deep insight into the emotional patterns that often underlie addictive behaviours.
Phil Zullo has spent more than three decades working with executives, athletes, entrepreneurs, and high-performing professionals requiring exceptional privacy and discretion. His expertise includes fitness, rehabilitation, lifestyle transformation, accountability systems, nutrition, stress management, sleep optimization, and sustainable habit change.

Concierge-Level Support
The Recovery Maintenance Program is intentionally designed to provide a level of support rarely available outside of private concierge services. Clients receive direct access to their recovery team throughout the engagement, ensuring guidance is available when it is needed most. Rather than waiting for problems to escalate, the team works proactively to identify challenges early, strengthen coping strategies, and provide support during real-life situations as they arise.

Daily:

- One 60-minute psychotherapy session with Polly Florius
- One 60-minute strategy and lifestyle session with Phil Zullo
