This high intensity cycling class is the perfect workout for those looking to burn fat, tone the legs, hips and glutes, and increase their cardiovascular fitness, even on the go. Our highly trained instructors will lead the cycling group through high speed intervals, flat grounds, hill climbs and mountain peaks, and will give you the motivation you need to accomplish your fitness goals.
Each class includes interval cardiovascular routines and strength training using free weights and other fitness equipment. Our classes are designed to have clients looking and feeling their best.
