WEIGHT LOSS

The goal of this program is to help clients reach their ideal weight, while teaching them to continue what they have learned, safely and effectively upon completion

COMPLETE BODY TRANSFORMATION

The complete body transformation program consists of a fitness assessment by Phil Zullo, personalized exercise program, personal training, personalized meal plan, meal delivery options, hair restoration, cosmetic & dental enhancements, access to renowned plastic surgeons, personal shopping and more!

CHILDREN’S HEALTH & FITNESS

Programs include, weight management, elite athlete/sport specific training and fitness. All programs contain an educational component which encourages children to incorporate healthy habits into their daily routines and empowers them to make positive choices.

MEDICAL

All medical programs are in collaboration with top medical professionals. Our team keeps your family physician and specialists informed on the program and progress and customizes the program as per their recommendation. We offer medical programs for Arthritis, Diabetes, Fibromyalgia, Heart & Stroke, Osteoporosis and Scoliosis.

Our medical programs allow patients to develop and maintain exercise routines that best suit their specific needs. We incorporate weight bearing exercise, resistance training, strength and conditioning, pain management, rehabilitation, nutritional guidance and educational seminars.

FAMILY HEALTH & LIFESTYLE MANAGEMENT

This program includes an in home assessment teaching the importance of a healthy lifestyle, how to eat, what to eat, healthy meal ideas, family fitness programs and activities.

ATHLETE PROGRAMS

Sports specific skill development and injury treatment/prevention. Customized training sessions and sport performance enhancement.

MOM & MOMMY TO BE PROGRAMS

Encompassing a wide range of needs such as Maternity Health and Fitness, Pre-& Post Natal, Baby & Me classes, and in home programs for new and expectant mothers.

Following the guidelines of Obstetricians and Gynecologists of Canada (SOGC), our certified trainers customize a program to meet the unique needs of our expectant and new moms.

FIT YOGA

SPIN

Discover your inner athlete. This high intensity cycling class is the perfect workout for those looking to burn fat, tone the legs, hips and glutes, and increase their cardiovascular fitness, even on the go. Our highly trained instructors will lead the cycling group through high speed intervals, flat grounds, hill climbs and mountain peaks, and will give you the motivation you need to accomplish your fitness goals.

BOOT CAMP

Each class includes interval cardiovascular routines and strength training using free weights and other fitness equipment. Our classes are designed to have clients looking and feeling their best. Expect the unexpected in these full-body fitness classes, which are packed with lots of variety and tons of fun.

QUICK DESTRESSER

A quick and convenient 45 minute class that anyone can manage to fit into their daily schedule. A fun and high energy mix of cardio and resistance exercises ending in a 10 minute relaxation stage of stretching and breathing.
